This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Bilan AI cloud accounting and ERP service (the "Service") and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP.
1. Prohibited activities
You may not, and may not permit any user or third party to:
Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
Upload, store, or transmit material that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent security or authentication measures;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except to the extent permitted by law;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (including denial-of-service or excessive automated load);
Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
Use the Service to store or process data you are not authorized to handle.
2. Messaging & communications
When using email or SMS features, you must comply with all applicable laws and carrier requirements, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CTIA guidelines. You must:
Only message recipients who have provided valid consent (opt-in);
Honor opt-out requests (e.g., STOP) promptly;
Not send prohibited content, including SHAFT categories (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco), phishing, or unlawful content;
Not send unsolicited bulk or spam messages.
3. Fair use & plan limits
Metered features (email, SMS, AI, storage, seats) are subject to the allowances of your plan. Automated, abusive, or excessive use that materially exceeds normal usage may be throttled or suspended.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we deem appropriate. We may report unlawful activity to authorities. Violations may be handled without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service or third parties.
